Estimated processing times may vary depending on the destination country, shipping line, port authority, and document verification requirements. Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Service fees and applicable government or third-party charges will be communicated before processing. Work may begin only after any required payment is received.
Once an application has been submitted to the relevant authority or processing has started, refunds may not be available. Any eligible refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
