ECTN (Electronic Cargo Tracking Note) is a mandatory cargo tracking document required by several African countries before cargo arrival.
Countries including Angola, Benin, Cameroon, Congo, Ivory Coast, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea, Libya, Mali, Senegal, Togo and many others require certificates such as ECTN, CTN, BESC, BSC or FERI.
Generally required documents include Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List and Freight Invoice. Additional documents may be requested depending on the destination country.
